Please RSVP by April 23, 2026. This helps us finalize our headcount for catering, seating, and other arrangements. If your plans change after RSVPing, please let us know as soon as possible.
Due to venue capacity, we can only accommodate guests who are specifically named on the invitation. If your invitation says "and guest," you're welcome to bring a plus one. Please include their name when you RSVP so we can create their place card.
Children of our immediate family our expected, however we ask that you leave your children at home unless you've made arrangements with the bride and groom.
A glass of wine will be waiting at 2:30 PM to welcome you. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM.
The wedding will be held at Fox Canyon Vineyards in Marsing, Idaho. It's approximately 45 minutes from downtown Boise. We recommend renting a car if you're flying in, as rideshare services are limited in the area. Check our Lodging & Travel page for directions.
The entire even will be outdoors, weather permitting, so put on your sunscreen! We have backup plans (one big tent) in case of inclement weather. Either way, it will be beautiful!
Our dress code is semi-formal / formal optional. Light colors are encouraged! Please avoid casual footwear like flip-flops or sneakers (unless you have a disability or mobility concerns). Check out our Dress Code page for more details and inspiration.
Absolutely! Our caterer can accommodate most dietary restrictions. Please note any dietary needs in your RSVP, and we'll make sure you're well taken care of.
Yes, complimentary parking is available on-site at Fox Canyon Vineyards. There's ample space for all guests.
There is limited lodging near Marsing, so we recommend staying in the Boise area (approximately 45 minutes from the venue). We are not providing hotel blocks, as downtown Boise and the surrounding area have lots of lodging. See the Lodging & Travel page for details.
We kindly ask that you keep your phones and cameras put away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present (and so you're not in our photographer's shots!). There will be plenty of time for photos during cocktail hour and the reception. You'll find video cameras and disposable cameras scattered around the venue, so please commemorate the day with us!
